Lost your TOTP device?

Email-based recovery for users who have lost both their TOTP device and all backup codes. If you still have either, use those first.

What happens next: if your email + password match an account with TOTP enabled, we'll email you a confirmation link. Clicking that link starts a 48-hour security delay. After 48 hours, you can sign in with just your email and password (no TOTP code) and set up a fresh TOTP device. You'll receive email notifications at every step so you can cancel if you ever see one you didn't initiate.
