What's included in all paid plans

Trial period

New accounts get a free trial. During the trial, you can configure pairs and run the bot at trial-tier caps (lower max-capital limits than paid tiers). Once the trial ends, you need an active subscription to keep the bot running.

Tier caps

Paid tiers raise the per-pair max-capital cap and unlock a higher number of concurrent pairs. The exact tier list + USD prices are on the billing page — we keep that as the canonical source rather than duplicating prices here (where they could drift).

Currency

Billing is in USD only at present. Multi-currency billing is a future feature. Stripe handles foreign-card processing — your bank's exchange rate applies.

Payment methods

Credit / debit cards via Stripe Checkout + Stripe Customer Portal. No PayPal, no bank transfer, no crypto. The card-on-file is used for renewals.

Renewal

Subscriptions auto-renew at the end of each billing period (monthly). Stripe sends a renewal email each cycle. If the card fails, the dunning cadence kicks in (see Canceling your subscription and Tier-4o's dunning runner).

Tax

Tax is your responsibility. For Canadian customers, GST/HST is added at checkout per Stripe Tax. For other countries, prices are shown excluding local taxes — consult your accountant.
